Biography

Mr. Hall joined the firm as a law clerk in July 2017, becoming an associate in October 2017. After graduating from Columbus State University with a B.S. in criminal justice in 2012, Mr. Hall earned his Juris Doctor from the Delaware law School of Widener University in 2017. In May 2020, he earned his LL.M in Taxation Law at the University of Alabama School of Law. During law school, Mr. Hall clerked for the Honorable Ben Richardson, State Court Judge of Muscogee County, Georgia as well as the Honorable Raymond Tillery, Associate Municipal/Magistrate Judge of Muscogee County, Georgia.

Areas of Practice

Mr. Hall is an experienced associate attorney focusing on corporate and tax law litigation, probate and estate planning. Mr. Hall primarily focuses his practice on civil litigation matters including corporate, shareholder, limited liability company members and contract disputes, banking and financial institutional law, tax issues and probate disputes. Mr. Hall also helps oversee everything from formation and dissolution of a business entity to drafting simple and tax planning wills. 

Bar Admissions

Mr. Hall is admitted to practice in all Trial Courts of Georgia and Alabama, the Middle District of Georgia, the Middle District of Alabama, the Georgia Court of Appeals and the Georgia Supreme Court.

Professional Activities

Mr. Hall is a member of both Georgia and Alabama state bar associations, the Columbus Bar Association and the Fountain City Bar Association and serves as Member-At-Large for the Young Lawyers Division of the State Bar of Georgia (2021/2022).
